Amazon reports that customers can still place orders for merchandise, but the orders are not showing up on Amazon’s order fulfillment web page for third party sellers that list product in the Amazon online catalog.  So, orders may be coming in, but they’re not going out.

This is the latest in a rash of outtages and service problems from Amazon since the start of the holiday shopping season in November.  Some frustrated sellers have noted that the outtages coincide with the rollout of a new “remodeling” of Amazon’s web sites and services.
